Each plushie is made from soft minky fabric and faux fur, designed according to your specifications. Pricing varies with size and design complexity, and all details will be finalized before purchase.

  • Fabric and Filling

    Our plushies are crafted from cuddly minky fabric and faux fur, stuffed with Poly-Fil (or Poly-Pellets as needed). We select fabric closest to your request based on availability.

    Special design elements or fabric requests must be made before ordering and may affect pricing. Specific requests may add additional cost and will be discussed before purchase.

Custom Plush FAQ

Can you provide design sketches or mockups before I order?

Unfortunately, no. These pieces take a lot of time and we are unable to provide mockups for free. There are many examples of our design sketches available to see on our Etsy and our Trello for you to see before making an order.

When and how will my custom plush ship?

  • Handmade custom plush items have a 10 week (70 day) handling time from the date of purchase, as each item is made to order.
  • Plush are sent in a poly bag to protect from moisture/spills from other packages.

    We use USPS and provide tracking information, and purchase shipping insurance on all custom orders.

Can you rush my order?

Typically, no. Our handling period is to allow time for material acquisition and back-and-forth communication with you about your order; additionally we are always developing other products.

Do you offer refunds, returns, or payment plans?

All sales of custom work are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom work due to the nature of the product - it is made specifically for you, after all!

We do not offer payment plans personally, though you may be able to utilize some form of payment plan through Klarna, Shop Pay, Paypal Credit at checkout but do note these are credit plans and will need to be researched and taken on at your own risk.

How do I place a custom plush order?

Currently, we are only accepting custom plush orders through our Etsy account. Please contact us here on Etsy with details about your request.

    Before making a decision about purchasing, it's important to note that all custom commission work sales are final.

    We do not offer cancellations, or returns or refunds.

    You should purchase only if you are comfortable with receiving a plush made in our style at our discretion.

    The agreed-upon reference or major details cannot be changed after purchase and we do not make changes to the final plush.


    Notice:
    We try exceptionally hard to ensure the final product is as close to the
    mockup as possible - but we create handmade items which are subject to minor variation.

    By purchasing, you are agreeing to accept the possibility of slight differences between the 2D mockup image and a finished 3D plush.

  • The Process:

    ☆ After purchase, we send you a mockup image of what your plush will look like in our style as a 2D image. This includes the closest
    approximations of fabric and thread available to us.
    ☆ You can request very minor design edits ONE time at this stage to fine-tune your vision. This can be feature orientation/positioning, or color changes.

    • Some requests may not be possible to fulfill and are subject to decline at the artist's discretion.
    • Please note that any further changes to the design are not possible AFTER this stage.
    • In the event that we do not hear from you after two (2) contact attempts, we will proceed with the proposed design without any changes.

    ☆ We will send you images of the finished plush as a courtesy before we ship it out. We do not make changes to the final plush.

    Processing Time:
    ☆ Handling time for custom orders is 10 weeks, and your order will be placed at the bottom of our queue after purchase.
