Shipping policy

Physical Items:

Most of our items are handmade to order. This means we make them after the item is purchased instead of keeping a set stock on hand.

Standard orders have a 5 week (35 day) handling period. 

Custom orders have a 10 week (70 day) handling period.

Certain cases of item "drops" or special releases may be on-hand and ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.

Shipping will be noted per individual listing. There may be instances where items ship sooner depending on order queue.

We ship via USPS Monday through Friday.

 

Digital Items:

Delivered upon confirmed receipt of payment electronically. 

Available to download as soon as this is complete; may require an unzipping program such as Winrar to open folders.
