Cancellations, Returns, Refunds

All custom item sales are final!
We do not offer cancellations or refunds on custom items as materials are purchased or allocated immediately after orders are placed and items are made to your specifications and are personal to you.

- We do not offer refunds or returns on shipped items. 
- We cannot exchange items. 
- Store credit may be issued on non-custom; non-digital item refunds.
- Digital download items are not subject for returns, refunds or cancellations.

Lost or Missing Packages

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of the items we create, we are not able to send any replacements or refunds for items marked as delivered via the provided tracking number. Once it leaves our hands and reaches the postal carrier, it is out of our control.
In the event that your items are marked as delivered, but are missing or stolen from the delivery location, you will need to contact your local Post Office or other applicable shipping carrier.
Similarly, if you entered the wrong shipping address and the order is delivered to that address, we cannot send replacement items. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and updated.

Digital Pattern Usage Agreement

By purchasing any Cutiepiesart digital pattern of any kind, including but not limited to, sewing, In-The-Hoop, embroidery or more, you agree to credit visibly and correctly "Cutiepiesart" in ANY postings online about the item. This applies to your own personal usage as well as if you are selling finished products. Failure to do so violates the terms of use granted to you and results in copyright infringement. This applies to any pattern sold historically and currently. You agree to abide by the sale terms listed in each individual pattern regarding commercial licensing (whether it is for personal or commercial use).

Wholesale availability

Please contact for wholesale pricing with the desired quantity of the item(s) you would like as well as the timeline you're looking for and we can give you a specific quote for your request.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not currently offer gift wrapping or custom gift messages included with orders at this time.

Custom Plush Patterns

We reserve the right to use the pattern we created or specific assets from any completed custom plush in other products we create. We will never sell your specific OC to anyone else - this just means we may recycle parts or patterns we've already designed if they will work for other characters or designs.
We reserve the right to use images of your completed custom plush for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you specifically request otherwise. Please contact if you wish to have your plush images removed.

Media Usage, Marketing and Portfolio Inclusion

We reserve the right to use any part of the creation process of your purchase in media for our shop including but not limited to: our website, Tiktok, Youtube and other social media platforms. This includes images of the mockup sent to you and any or all of the creation process, including final images.
We will never include your name or other personally identifying information. You may request that your specific order NOT be made in a video if it is a custom up to 24 hours after purchase. Not every order process or photos will be displayed. You may request your plush images to be removed if you wish.
