The average measurements are as follows:

7 to 10" tall
5 to 9" wide

- All custom orders are final. NO cancellations, returns, or refunds. Only purchase if you're comfortable with our art style and interpretation.
- We do NOT make changes after the plush is finished. All changes must be requested during the mockup stage only.
- Minor differences from the 2D mockup and 3D plush are normal and expected with handmade items.

Reference Requirements:
- Provide a clear reference image showing all details of your character.
- Tell us upfront about any must-have features or unique traits.
- No major changes can be made after the reference is approved.
- Requests for special materials (like specific furs) must be made before purchase.

Processing Time:
- Custom orders take 10 weeks from the purchase date.
- Mockups are usually sent 1–2 weeks before your ship date (may vary).
- Orders are completed in the order received. See our schedule for details.

The Process:

Mockup Stage:
- When it’s your turn, we’ll send you a 2D drawing (mockup) of your plush design using materials we have available.
- One round of small edits is allowed (e.g., color tweaks/feature placement).
- Changes must be clearly stated at this stage. If it’s not on the mockup, it won’t be on the final plush.
- If we don’t hear back after 2 contact attempts, we’ll move forward with the original mockup with no further revision.
Final Plush:
- We’ll send you photos of the finished plush before shipping. No changes are made to the final plush.
