♥☆Materials and Pricing☆♥
Our plushies are crafted from cuddly minky fabric and faux fur, stuffed with Poly-Fil (or Poly-Pellets as needed). We select fabric closest to your request. Special design elements or fabric requests must be made before ordering and may affect pricing. Specific requests may vary in price and will be discussed before purchase. Note that measurements are approximate due to handmade nature.

- You can request one design rework/edit. All requests will be considered, but not all are feasible. Changes cannot be made after this point.

Custom Commission Agreement
Thank you for considering Cutiepies for your custom art piece! Before making a purchase, please carefully review the terms of our custom commission process. By purchasing, you agree to all the terms outlined below.
Terms and Conditions:
Final Sale Policy:
• All custom commission sales are FINAL. We do NOT offer cancellations, returns, or refunds. Please purchase only if you are comfortable with receiving a plush made in our style, at our discretion.
Reference Submission:
• You must provide a clear reference image of your character. The image should clearly display all relevant features and markings essential to the design. Once approved, neither the reference nor major details about the character can be changed.
• You must specify all unique traits or essential features of your character that you wish to include. We cannot infer which details are important to you unless explicitly communicated to us.
• Request of specialty materials (furs, fabrics, sounds or scents) must be made before purchase as these have added costs.
• After purchase, changes to the agreed-upon reference or major details are not permitted.
No Revisions to Final Plush:
• We do NOT alter the final plush once completed. Any and all requested changes are to be made during the mockup phase. If it does not appear on the mockup via text or imagery, it will not appear on the final plush.
• Handmade items are subject to minor variations. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of slight differences between the 2D mockup and the final 3D plush, though we aim to be as accurate as possible.
Processing Time:
The handling time for custom orders is approximately 10 weeks, starting from the purchase date. Your order will be added to our queue in the order it is received.
Mockup images will typically be sent 1-2 weeks before the ship date, sometimes this may vary. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on demand or unforeseen circumstances.
The Process:
Mockup Stage:
The mockup image is a visual adaptation of the final object as a drawing, of which the pattern is directly crafted from. The final plush will reflect the approved mockup.
• Once your plush reaches the top of our order queue, we will send a 2D mockup image reflecting our interpretation of your character, including the closest approximations of available fabrics and threads. You can find a link to our Trello order queue at our website or linktr.ee.
• You may request one round of minor edits at this stage (e.g., feature orientation, positioning, or color changes). Some requests may not be feasible and are subject to the artist’s discretion and medium limitations.
• Any and all requested changes are to be made during the mockup phase. If it does not appear on the mockup via text or imagery, it will not appear on the final plush.
• Important: If we do not receive a response regarding mockup approval after two (2) contact attempts, we will proceed with the original provided mockup design without any edits.
If a significant error is made that deviates from the approved mockup, we may issue a small refund to account for the mistake. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Progress photographs or videos are typically not provided, though your project may be featured in various Cutiepiesart media.
Final Plush Preview:
As a courtesy, we will send images of the finished plush prior to shipping. No further changes can be made at this stage.
How to Proceed:
If you agree to the terms and are ready to proceed, please let us know you wish to proceed.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
You will be asked to initial next to each statement to confirm your understanding and agreement:
1. I understand that all custom sales are final, with no cancellations, returns, or refunds.
2. I acknowledge that all custom work is created in the artist’s style and at their discretion.
3. I confirm that all pertinent information about my character has been provided in writing and approved.
4. I accept responsibility for ensuring the final mockup reflects all essential features of my character within the artist’s discretion and ability.
5. I agree to accept the possibility of minor variations between the 2D mockup and the finished handmade plush.
