Commercial Use of Pattern License - 1 Month

This item is a license to produce and sell items from "Personal Use" patterns of up to 10 total items per 1 month of license purchase.

This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased plush pattern for the production of up to 10 total items marked as "Personal Use"; this license is valid for a period of 1 month.

This license is granted solely for the creation of finished plush products and does not extend to the distribution, sharing, or resale of the Pattern itself in any form.    

Copyright of the pattern is not transferred upon purchase of license and is retained by Cutiepiesart.

Noncompetiton restrictions:

These restrictions are in place to prevent direct competition with the Cutiepiesart's business operations.

Geographical Restrictions:

We ask that you respectfully do not sell any of the products at conventions, fairs, events, or any other public or private gatherings within the geographical regions of Kansas and Missouri.    

Marketplace Restrictions:

We ask that you respectfully do not sell any of the products on the Etsy marketplace or any platform where we are actively selling.

Prohibited Uses    

Mass Manufacturing:

You are not permitted to have this product manufactured in any way outside of making them yourself, including sending any media or files to a third party for manufacturing. Items must be personally created.

File Sharing:

You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or selling the pattern file, whether in digital or physical form, to any third party.    

Modification and Derivative Works:

You may not modify the pattern for any use and cannot distribute, sell, or license any modified versions of the pattern without express written permission from Cutiepiesart.

This includes resizing for sale of larger items. You are to sell the patterns as-is.

You are required to credit "Cutiepiesart" as the original designer of the pattern in any product descriptions, listings, or marketing materials where the products are sold.

Cutiepiesart is not responsible for any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the Pattern, including but not limited to any third-party claims related to copyright infringement or product liability.
