Transform your favorite fursona, character, or pet into a one-of-a-kind laying style plushie crafted in our unique style. We use custom sewing patterns based on your reference images and specific details discussed privately.

♥☆Materials and Pricing☆♥
Our plushies are crafted from cuddly minky fabric and faux fur, stuffed with Poly-Fil (or Poly-Pellets as needed). We select fabric closest to your request. Special design elements or fabric requests must be made before ordering and may affect pricing. Specific requests may vary in price and will be discussed before purchase. Note that measurements are approximate due to handmade nature.

- All custom orders are final. NO cancellations, returns, or refunds. Only purchase if you're comfortable with our art style and interpretation.
- We do NOT make changes after the plush is finished. All changes must be requested during the mockup stage only.
- Minor differences from the 2D mockup and 3D plush are normal and expected with handmade items.

Reference Requirements:
- Provide a clear reference image showing all details of your character.
- Tell us upfront about any must-have features or unique traits.
- No major changes can be made after the reference is approved.
- Requests for special materials (like specific furs or scents) must be made before purchase.

Processing Times:
- Custom orders take 10 weeks from the purchase date.
- Mockups are usually sent 1–2 weeks before your ship date (may vary).
- Orders are completed in the order received. See our schedule for details.

The Process:

- When it’s your turn, we’ll send you a 2D drawing (mockup) of your plush design using materials we have available.
- One round of small edits is allowed (e.g., color tweaks/feature placement).
- Changes must be clearly stated at this stage. If it’s not on the mockup, it won’t be on the final plush.
- If we don’t hear back after 2 contact attempts, we’ll move forward with the original mockup with no further revision.
- If we make a substantial mistake that doesn’t match the mockup, we may offer a small refund (case-by-case basis).
- We’ll send you photos of the finished plush before shipping.

1. I understand that all custom sales are final, with no cancellations, returns, or refunds.

4. I accept responsibility for ensuring the final mockup reflects all essential features of my character within the artist’s discretion and ability.
5. I agree to accept the possibility of minor variations between the 2D mockup and the finished handmade plush.

All of our items are handmade just for you. Items will naturally vary slightly as a result, they will NOT be completely identical to the listing photographs. Our time is spent carefully hand making each item - piece by piece, one at a time, pouring our heart into each creation.
